Not the jobsheet exactly here you go. From invoice.0 -
So now we're getting to the crux of it - you want to wriggle out of your contract and presumably get a refund on monies paid - nice idea.
Despite all your bigging up of the Ombudsman he's not going to touch it until you've exhausted the formal complaints procedure of Motorline (and then VW if you choose to escalate to them)
Given we're 6 pages in now this one could drag
Thank you. Yes that is a good way to describe the route I took to end up in the situation I am in.0 -

I want to get a what Im paying for. However, a search of consumer rights act suggests that the only action that vw have to do is allow me to rescind the contract in exchange for the partial value of the item for the use to date. I don't want that but so far that's the only option that I can see support for in law. My other 4 resolutions I just made up but doubt they will go for them if they don't have to by law. I would have thought though that vw would want to make the customer happier though after the emissions scandal and I would be happy with any of the resolutions. The least preferable being for me to rescind the contract. I'm uncertain if they would take my PCP contributions to date and deposit as a fair settlement though.0
