Yes, that's my nearest. But I sometimes go to Crossgates for a change, or Pontefract if I'm at the dentist or Selby when I'm at work (currently on maternity leave). :)

Oh, help. Does anyone know where I can get a roll of cellophane on the high street please?
I need some to wrap my friend's nappy cake and I have run out - and I'm seeing her on Friday.
I could get my mum to take me to a big trade place round the corner (Country Baskets) but I don't need such vast quantities - or maybe I should just stock up?! Hmmm, can't take kids in though, and can't leave them in the car park with my mum as I need her to get me in with her ID.

Irlrip - for stems of sock roses, I use barbeque sticks. You can just snap them off to the size you want. Obviously, they are not flexible but are fine if you are just doing 1 or 2 to just pop in between nappies.
Not made any bouquets but I think the girls use florist wire.

Do you have a 'Partners' near you.
They do a 10 metre roll for £4.97.

Ooh yes there is both a hobbycraft and a Partners near me, only a small branch though so might try Hobbycraft first. Thanks both. :)
