Shelley I love your “huge” cake, especially the giraffe. (I love quirky things!) It would be more expense but could you use a round tray to sit it on. Or, maybe you could find a big plastic “picnic” plate. I have been thinking of using these instead of cake boards for the more colourful ones.

Riggerz, Your cakes are gorgeous, I wouldn’t change anything. The colours match perfectly.

I have been asked for a girl cake, 3-6 mths. I normally do 0-3 mths using Pampers 2 Nappies. Could you girls tell me if the size 3 would be the right size, or still size 2.?

Strange one this, she is due to have baby next wk and has got everything she needs and more! But still wants a cake – hence 3-6 mths. She would like pink but has all Winnie Pooh stuff, and wants a dress and possibly shoes included! (I thought maybe Eeyore for toy) Has anyone any ideas for toiletries etc that would make it slightly different to the newborn?

Thanks Moonpenny I didn't think about using a tray or picnic plate really good idea :j Do you know the best place to get them?

I think size 3 or size 4 would be ok depending on her weight.

Can't think about the toiletries having a mind blank at mo LOL (i've woken up in a bit of daze today lot on my mind)!!!

Hi Moonpenny, for a cake age 3-6 months I think size 3 would be better, size 4 is roughly around 9-12 months from my experience. you can get eeyore teddies in Wilkos at the minute all pooh toys are £3.99 each or 2 for £6. As for slightly different toiletries you can buy foamy soap which comes in a winnie the pooh tin, would something like that be any good?
there is a link on ebay here : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/230-ml-authentic-DISNEY-FOAMY-SOAP-WINNIE-THE-POOH_W0QQitemZ390031836548QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_HeathBeauty_BathShowCons_RL?hash=item390031836548&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72:1683|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318#ht_500wt_924 but I think it is about £1-£1.50 in Savers and I think I also saw it in wilkos and superdrug.
and maybe one of the pooh face cloths or something like that?

Shelley - Fantastic cake, it looks lovely! are you happy now you have it done? you could probably pick up a suitable tray from wilkos? they have some reasonably priced ones :)

Some lovely cakes on here now, well done to you all :D

Facecloths etc are a good idea, also what about teething stuff, you could get some Winnie the Pooh teethers and add some teething gel.

Thank you all for your kind replies I cant stop smiling!! The sock flowers were fairly easy to make I just rolled diagonally from the ankle part and then wrapped the toe parts up to make the extra petals......does that make any sense:confused:
 Thanks to everybody in the crafting threads who inspired me to start my own business!!

I am in the process of doing two Winnie the Pooh cakes. Someone want a £50 one in lemon. Boots have a 2 for 1 on Disney baby toiletries at the moment. I am still looking around for different things though.

Thanks Rusty yes I do feel better now its done it was playing on my nerves a bit. I have run out of ribbon for the bows so had to improvise a bit. Think I could have done it better though to be honest but my brain has been in a funny place for a few days and I'm a right stresshead at mo :(
