For those of you who sell your cakes, how long does it take you to make a three tier cake and how much do you charge?
 Thanks to everybody in the crafting threads who inspired me to start my own business!!

I made a blue 3 teir one as in earlier post, didnt take long at all maybe a couple of hours in total, im hoping to get in the region of £35.00. I actually find the Cello wrapping more time consuming and frustrating. lol

Is there a disney store near you? quite regularly they have sales and there is nearly always pooh teddies on offer, we picked up quite a few different ones for my girly and only paid a maximum of £2.50 each .... normally they are £10
Also in Asda and Matalan they both do pooh ranges on their clothes, some of them are very pretty and yet still reasonably priced :)

Ooohhh fab, they may have a sale before July!!!

Did actually go to Matalan today (wondered if they may do Disney ;)) and bought socks, bibs and a blanket in the Pooh range and a set of burb cloths that colour match perfectly. Spent about £13 so got my fabric bits, picked up eco wipes, nappy bags, shampoo and nappy cream in Tesco today so just waiting for nappies to arrive and need a cuddly toy, oh and also the baby of course... :rotfl:

Nicky321 your cakes and bouquets are fantastic! Well done, they look amazing. I think your 3 tiers would be right between £30 & £40. I charge £55 for my 3 tiers but I use John Lewis fleece blankets and clothing and Waitrose toileteries. The 3 tiers I do through work usually I do for £35 using dunelm blankets and asda clothing.

Rainmac, well done you sounds like you have got some fab bargains. If I can be of any help just ask.
