i have made another cake what do you guys think? i'm not that keen on it to be honest its supposed to be unisex i think it's because it is green and i don't like green lol

Where did you get your duck? and also are they the Asda elephants?

Hiya I think its looks great and the green aint too bad at all. I think what would balance it out though would be some green with cream ribbon top around the bottom tier too like you have on the top tier?

thanks bella i did think about doing that but was in 2 minds as it would cover the bear on the blanket. i'll do it tomorrow as i ahev tidied all my stuff away now and my oh had taken over the living room with mans stuff like wires and solder lol! theres def something thats putting me off it, hopefully that will sort it out

Thanks everyone for you kind comments.
I did put my 'usual' handmade bows on them, but think I prefer to just see the gingham ribbon on show, besides, I'll have a bow on them when wrapped.

Yes, they are the Asda elephants, I love them, they are so cute ..... BUT ..... sorry to disapoint you all, the duck is only being used for the purpose of a photo for my leaflets.
My sister bought the duck when my daughter was born 4½ years ago, and my daughter is not happy at all, is convinced I am going to give it away.
He is cute though isn't he.

angelkay, I think that looks great in the green, really fresh looking.
I agree with Bellag, adding the ribbons to the bottom tier would really finish it off.
