I buy cello in rolls of 30 yds (27.4m) which lasts ages and I pay £2.17 a roll. They charge delivery so I usually wait and order ribbon, pull bows, message cards etc from them at the same time. www.flowerexperts.com
As there are so many of us on here it might be worth seeing if we could order from some of these places and split the cost. certainly ordering cello and ribbons etc from somewhere like this is likely to be cheaper than anywhere else and sending on to other people probably wouldn't cost that much. They charge £9.95 delivery so if ordered between 10 of us would be £1 each plus actual cost of sending bits on.0 -

I would say go for it you might not sell any on the day but people will see them and then know where to come when they do need oneI Love My Computer Because My Friends Live In It0 -
ahhh what am i doing i just booked a place at my local school fair. Had been thinking about doing it but couldn't find out any details as ds not at school yet. It is £8 for the stall. I havent a clue what to charge as i know people won't pay it. We are only a small town well not even that it's just a road through to a bigger town so don't expect to sell any anyway but it might be fun. Hope my cello come in time! Here is my latest effort I haven't put ribbon on yet as i wanted to show the kitten on the bib and bodysuit and ribbon would hide it. But maybe i could just put some on the bottom what do you think? The pic isn't very sharpe took it in the evening so got shadows:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0

kitiaracat thats fab! sooooooo cute! :T :T :T :T :T where did you get the clothes from?
I think ribbon would finish it off nicely around all tiers. Maybe use organza so you can see the design through it?
I've had a few orders but not many 2-3 per week at the most. loads of interest and promises to buy but not many want to part with their money so close to xmas i think that and the credit crunch.
i've decided too to do a couple of xmas fairs. One in nov and one in dec. Hopefully i will get orders from them for xmas and new year babies!
Right off to make an upsey daisy cake for a two year old. I'll post a pic of it when done.
hope you are all well!
