Ignore the bit about high court.
This says £100, not £110 (£110 is for warrant of possession or delivery, whereas you want the warrant of control).
They will get the money for you.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. Thanks for clearing this up.0 -
have you tried writing to remind them and threaten a warrant of control? That might work!

I've written to them and emailed them reminding them a court order has been made and demanded payment. No answer whatsoever. Could you double check the fees again. I think you've quoted the Family Court fee?0 -
I'm sorry, that was duff info. I was looking at the family fees. There they are £100, but in civil it is indeed £110 (no idea why the difference, it's the same procedure!)

I copied and pasted from the court fees document so it unformatted, apologies. But it's defo £110.
If you did it via MCOL it's £77 but my understanding is that once it's been transferred out of MCOL to your local court you apply to the local court, applying the local court fee not the MCOL one.

Brilliant, Thank You.
So I'll need to speak to my partner about shelling out £110 first.
Then if all is ok I will need to find someone with a cheque book to pay the fees. Do those things still exist?!?0 -

I will look into a counter cheque. A postal order from the PO incurrs a £12.50 fee for anything over £1000
