Great news. Now wait for the cheque in the post!0

It is ordered that
1. The claim stands struck out for non payment of the hearing fee
2. The Claimant shall pay the Defendant costs summarily assessed at £220
The C will have received the same order, so I would email Gladstones and ask for a cheque within 21 days (name the date) or you will enforcing the sum as a debt.
LOL!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

LOL!
My schedule of costs was £220, which I submitted together with my witness statement some weeks ago.
Once VCS didn't pay the hearing fee by the required date I wrote a letter to the court stating CPR 3.7A 1(7) provides that if the trial fee has not been paid on or before the trial fee payment date, then the claim will automatically be struck out without further order of the court, and unless the court orders otherwise, the Claimant will be liable for the costs which the Defendant has incurred.
The judge agreed and a court order was sent out some 10-11 days ago. I get the feeling they are not going to send a cheque anytime soon! I will email VCS as you suggest. Not sure how demanding/sarcastic I should be0 -
It's been over 4 weeks since the judge issued a court order to pay my costs. Nothing received from VCS
Judge has now stated I can apply to the court for them to enforce the court order.
How do I go about this? Court house couldn't tell me how to enforce it. Do I open a small claim against them, or is it another route?
Thanks in advance0 -

Thank You! Not the first time you've given me a nudge in the right direction!! :rotfl:
I've filled out the claim form, beta version (not MCOL). Saved it as draft.
Will I have to file a witness statement etc just as I did when I was a Defendant? And if so, does that mean it could end up in court at a hearing?0 -
Not unless it says it needs a WS with it.
Send in the bailiffs! :TPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Indeed, ask the court to send in Bailiffs. No need for any other step such as an income assessment
Remember this gets added to THEIR bill.0 -

Send in the bailiffs! :T
It only asks for evidence, and the only thing I included was the court order.
Send in those bailiffs :rotfl:
(And don’t forget the 8% interest and £25 fee)0
