There are Network Rail bye-law 14 notices on the railings. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

whats toc?
TRAIN OPERATING COMPANY , as it comes under railway bylaws , and only the TOC can bring charges (for trespass) via a magistrates court within 6 mths
why do you think there has never been a court case at john lennon airport , and at every railway site when challenged at POPLa , they back down
the word is BYLAW , magistrates , not civilSave a Rachael
