The one I just wrote a counter-claim for, because the PPC has started a claim, is this one:

So if PCM start a claim, you can defend and counter-claim. We know what we are doing.

if you look at completed cases , every indigo/bylaw case was dropped at POPLa , they will not fight and waste £27 , and be told they have no athority

Yep but this is PCM, who probably will claim, using Gladstones.

Until they send a letter before claim.

if you get any GLADSTONE letters, which are actually from them and not from a debt collector using their letterhead, you come back and ask for more help , treating the REAL gladstone letter as an LBC

if its from a debt collector on gladstone letter headed notepaper , IGNORE

I know this is confusing , which is how they like it to be , so a real gladstones letter will have their own contact details and not the debt collectors details

not if its an LBC from Gladstones , no

they charge the PPC money so they make money win or lose

a real GLADSTONES LBC is never a bluff , thats the one thing that Gladstones do not do, they do not bluff , but they also dont do any checks or due diligence on any of the claims , its not worth the effort, hence why they lose so many in court
