    there are two trade assocs the origional = BPA and a sgham settup called the IPC , which is owned by gladstones , yup the company that prosess appeals and the start courtc action

    most court action is just a bluff (poker) and gladstones will fold before you

    RE: the BPA , NO bylaw cases have gone to court , POPLa cannot adjudicate , therefor prosess not completed (by law) = no court case

    Probably, because Gladstones make no checks of facts and push out robo-claims anyway, but we beat them every time.

    This one would be simpler than most.
