ahhh, didn't realise you were just getting your starting weight, I'm getting confused seeing the rest of us started already! Good luck though and 16 weeks is quite a while so hopefully you'll get there. Do you get sponsored per pound?

Sorry. I always create confusion wherever I go....:A

The first two people sponsored me just to lose a "noticeable" amount of weight. I will be sending out an email via some other forums that I'm on suggesting sponsorship per pound as then every single ounce will count.

Yet another quiet day today in the world of non-spending. Spent just £1.50 on a tub of butter and a Sun newspaper. Normally I'm not a paper reader but the £9.50 holiday offer tokens are printed this week and I missed it last year.

I took the twins away two years ago to the flagship Haven camp at Devon Cliffs in, er, Devon. Exmouth to be more precise. Brilliant fun, the boys love it and its less than two hours from here so no monstrous long journeys either. Set me back around £75 for three nights in the 3-bed caravan with gas c/h, electric, entertainment passes, pool use and bed linen.:j

So no more non-spending days till the tokens are collected anyhow....:D

    Happy New Year
Just a quick note to say I'm sure you can book sun hols online just using the code words out of the paper, so no need to buy, just sneek a peek!!
Sorry don't have the website address to hand, but it may well be in the paper itself
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

    Hey mister!

Sorry i didn't get back online last night... can't think what i was doing but anyhoo....

sorry to hear things didn't work out with E second time around but at least you tried and that counts for a lot as you'd always wonder "what if" if you hadn't tried.

The new pad sounds good, shame it's only temporary, what's your longer term plan for a house? Are you on the relevant lists?

As for the weight loss, i am so empathising with you there! I am making a concerted effort to lose the weight of a spice girl but it's hard as there is still a mountain of chocolate etc around from Xmastime. Excercise is the key for me but it's finding time... sorry, rambling on about myself!

Glad your back and good luck with the Sun holiday collecting. A worthwhile cause for a nonNSD if you ask me.....

    Take care hun,

    Maz

Only a quick update tonight as I'm tired as hell tonight. Refereed both football matches this afternoon, only eighty minutes running about but believe me, at the age of seven years old, some of them run b****y quickly...:D :D . Managed to pull this afternoon....:j :j , shame it was just a hamstring....

Only spent £4 today, both boys £2 football training money.

See you tomorrow, collecting the catalogues at 1pm and starting on them on Tuesday.

Tiring old day today as predicted....:p

Spent £22 on petrol but bought at the supermarket as cheapest. A routine I've got into is to buy doughnuts for one client and a packet of biscuits for the other so went to Morrisons and the whole lot was 94p only.

Collected the first 225 catalogues this afternoon so the biggest part of the next month will be shifting the best part of 3,000 catalogues. Weight loss shan't be a problem in the immediate future, methinks.

Only managed to do around 60 catalogues this morning, quite disappointed with myself really. Got my friend John coming to help me tomorrow and really need to get 170+ done tomorrow to get back on track.

Only spent £5.35 today. £5 on petrol as that's all the money I've got plus 35p on a Sun for the holiday token...:j
