Credit checks are useless, they got my name wrong due to a mis-key.
I would have recorded the conversation with her on my phone as evidence.0 -
It happened to me and I got my money back without even the need to fight..
But I think the OP case is entirely a different story.
For the OP, s/he is now 19 years old so two years ago she was 17yo !!!!!!!!!!
How did her mum get a credit card under his/her name ?? Not to mention she deliberately utilized the card which is not hers to purchase items.
It's quite possible that the OP is nearly 20 and the 2 years is actually "not quite 2 years" - there was no need to post precise dates after all! I do hope they get this sorted out0 -

It does need to be reported as Fraud, however people believe as they didn't take it out they can simply ignore it, when in reality it won't go away and so waiting until a bailiff turns up for non payment of a CCJ to saying its not your debt is a lot more hassle than dealing with it early on.0 -
I'm 20 in August, this happened 2 christmas's ago. And she did!0

I didn't benefit from them anyhow, I didn't have any idea that she ordered anything especially in my name0

Why are you wasting your time going to the Citizens Advice Bureau? They're not going to tell you anything new we haven't here.
Post 11 is all the advice you need to deal with this situation and prevent it from happening again.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards.
