Phoned e2save CS(twice) to clarify which months bill I should send for first redemption(Sept or Oct),both said Sept and I have 60 days from the bill date to redeem.Watch this space.

It is extremely unwise to rely on anything they say over the phone (or on their on-line account information) rather than the actual t&c you signed up to. I definitely wouldn't do that under any circumstances with them nowadays.0
