as mobilejunkie says looks at the other threads.

However, you should be ok since it says "Where a valid claim has not been received by us within one calendar month of the required bill, which is the closing date for your claim. You will not be entitled to any part of the Cash Back offered".

I read that as you have to send a valid claim within a month of it being due. Nothing in there about sending in other bills at other times invalidating your claim (though no doubt that's what they wanted it to mean!). Send in the bill and if they don't play ball, go to moneyclaim on-line and sue for the full amount plus fees, interest and costs.

oh, and the cashback 'flies' should very much be open still!

I too took out my contract on 22nd May and was unsure whether to send Oct or Nov bill in, just phoned customer services and they said to send Nov bill as this is the sixth bill. Also on cashback claim voucher the address is dunstable but she told me to send it to Cashback Claims, P.O.Box 462, Crewe CW1 9DY as they have moved, is this where everybody else is sending their claims ?
  • yep send it to crewe. thats their new address:
    E2Save
    Cashback Claims
    PO Box 462
    Crewe
    CW1 9DY

the thing is, if i send in my october one.. they could return it if its wrong.. but if its right, i'll get the cashback wont i? if they decline it, i can still claim in november and the other months.

they're tellin us different things. its horrific. i had it all down perfectly to send in the october one.. even though its only the fifth bill but worked out to 6 month cos purchase month was May.

Im going to call CS again next week to "confirm" they definately want the november bill.
  • My family live on E2Save deals. What we work into the ocst of the line rental is;
    The cost of the amount
£1 recorded delivery postage (always send like this) * 4 cashback times.

They might have changed the T&C's for price match deals but it used to previously say that if you send a claim in early there will be a £10 admin charge but it doesn't mention anything about it invalidating future claims.

Ive just finished a contract with Cool New Mobile and decided to have a change, even though everything went ok(touchwood) as the only thing outstanding is my final cheque(all emails etc say its on its way)

On ordering my phone through E2save, found it was out of stock, so phoned their help line and kind lady found me one.

I seem however to now have contradictory TandC's

One lot says i am on a 5 part redemption, the other says a 4, one says 180 days after connection, the other says 6 month bill...yet its not perfectly clear, which one applies to which..

I have two different sets of claim forms(cant remember which one came from where, and two dsifferent addresses to send them to.

I got my phone on the 19th July and my first bill is dated 28th July.

I'm usually wewll versed with what i have to send with these redemption offers but have let this one slip. and need to get on top of it before the first redemption is upon me.

Are customer services reliable....has anyone been fed any duff information, leading to refusal.

I picked E2save, as their TandC's seemed a lot more favourable than the rest, ie no need for original bill, not necessary lose everything if you get one incorrect....but after reading this and other threads, this might not now appear to be the case.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't know where you got that information from, but this must be a price-match deal and they DO require original bills AND disallow all future claims if you get one wrong. And, as you are finding, their t&c are a complete and utter mess - and they aren't following the ones on their website in any case. You have a lot of reading of threads to do!!

No it wasnt a price match deal i dont think(it wasnt banded as one at the time)...it was a refurbished phone ....I'll have to try and find these details

Most ARE "refurbished". I would almost guarantee it IS a price match deal if it's anything like a decent cashback offer. In fact, take out the "almost" and treat the "price-match" with utter contempt.

It would seem that these comapnies now thrive on making their terms so complex that they are almost impossible to claim against!

I have set a spreadsheet up to exemlify my point after reading this thread.

I have to send in a bill that shows connection for 4 months (120 days) - now I thought that would be quite simply my fourth bill; but if I had then that would have only showed 99 days connection. My fifth bill will show 130 days connection, but at the point of receiving - I will have around 10 days to get back to E2save!

Again, I stress their complexities suit them down to the ground!
