car crash..
Hi Guys,
Just need a bit of a advice on a car crash that I was involved in today,I was at a junction at the bottom of my road waiting to turn right someone stopped to let me out on one side but I still could not go as there was traffic still going in the opposite direction at this time I was edged out halfway in the road looking left waiting for a gap when there was one I went to go next thing I know a Ford Mondeo collided with my front bumper scrapping all along the left hand side of his car.
The first thing the guy said when I approached him was "Im so sorry I thought the car was parked"" giving me the impression hes overtaken the car who was waiting for me. Unfortunately past this point its a bit of a blur to remember. My insurance have said I will be fully at fault for this is that right because surely he shouldn't be overtaking near a junction in the first place?
Cheers

Sounds like you pulled out from a junction and had a collision with a car already traveling on that road? Is that right?
If it is it's hard to imagine any scenario where the insurance co is going to lay any of the blame on anybody but yourself, sorry it's not what you want to hear but.......0 -
yeah he was behind the car waiting for me and I was half way in the road.0

Were you stationary when he hit you?0
