This is my original post and I'm updating it as after 2 years I've just received a letter from VCS Litigation Dept titled letter before claim..Do I respond to this as they are attempting to recover outstanding debt.

Do I request SAR to the landowner, or the parking firm i.e. VCS?
I can see they have photos of a vehicle parked on private land without a valid pay & display ticket.0 -

Of course they did; they always do. It was a kind of rhetorical question because the threads cover this already. Please read the NEWBIES thread and lots of other VCS threads so that you learn about what will happen and what to do when. Adding £60 is a dodgy, unrecoverable feature of PPC claims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
