I make half the quantity. Watch the heat, they can get very crisp and brown if you don't keep an eye on them
I haven't but guess what I will be today
Thank you they sound good!0 -
I'm still struggling with 'thoughts' think I need to agree with OH on this one and call the GP tomorrow, there's something else OH would feel better if I saw the GP about too so must do that.
I think it's a pretty quiet week this week for appointments/school things so I've no excuse really.
Also need to chase up the other appointments, certain things are going on around us that I need to speak to someone impartial to understand why and if I am just being dramatic and selfish in how I feel about certain things or if actually more should have been done at the time. Anyway enough about that, the appointments are going to be for talking about that stuff.
We don't have any major plans today, the weather is still lovely so the kids can be outside. Youngest wants a 'party' dinner like yesterday. Basically all the odd leftovers and the bits that need using up first in the fridge
DS needs his hair cut this week. Will fit that in after school one day too.
5 more weeks to school end0 -

I make these too but I reduce the sugar by a third and they turn out well. I have also made choc chip and sultana versions too or top them with melted choc.Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%

Just popping in to say your doing fantastic! I wish I was as organised with meals and snacks, I'm struggling to find the energy just to bake a cake today.
Hope you manage to get an appointment with the doctor and it all goes well, I know how hard it is though to just get up the courage to do it, I've been putting it off for a good while but I should really book it, I sat and cried my eyes out at doctor who this morning, kids looked at me like I was strange! lolLBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

I have to admit I struggle some days, I try to get as much done as possible in the morning then do things in stages through the day. I try to bake twice a week so I don't need to buy snacks. If I had more grocery budget I'd probably bake lessI don't really enjoy the majority of cooking/baking. Love making cakes though
and eating them :rotfl:
I really don't want to go to the GP tbh, I hate mithering and being a pain, and tbh I don't know what I expect them to do I'm no "sick" Hope you're okay though x0 -

Hidden - A less selfish person I have yet to come across. Make an appointment with the doctor and don't try to cope with everything on your own. You know, I think these days that we are all made to think (women in particular - apologies for the sexism, gentlemen) that we are superhuman and we're not and it results in a lot of feelings of stress, etc. Unfortunately, that then results in an overload of the services which can help. You take care of yourself and you too CTHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0

I know I should really, especially if OH is saying to book one

If it's because of the cost why don't you just get a notebook instead or you can get a diary from a Poundshop or some such for very little. I personally always have a diary. I think the're essential since I'm such a technophobe and need paper and pen,Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0

I could, I've had this brand/type for the last 3 years. It is perfect. I love everything about it, the space, everything. I have a love for stationary but don't spend on things for myself
I will wait a while and see, mine doesn't run out until July and the new one doesn't start until August anyway so plenty of time to ponder on spending on myself
I'm very much a pen and paper girl too, especially with the amount of appointments we have between hospital and schools etc :rotfl:0
