  • Hi Hidden

I hope you aren't feeling too dreadful. It's awfully hard to be poorly when you have children let alone on top of everything else going on.

So positive vibes on the way, take care

I actually remembered to wash my front door today, so thanks for the reminder last night. :) I don't know why it gets so dirty.

I think the brand thing with kids is starting younger and younger. My sister's kids are all like this (her youngest are twins and they're 9) and have been for a while. Her younger boy is 11 and he's really bad atm, if you ask what he'd like for birthday/Christmas it's always branded things that are really expensive. He asked me to buy him trainers that were "only" £50 - I told him that's more than I spend on my own trainers so no he wasn't getting them.:rotfl:
I just don't ask him any more and buy what I want for him. :o

Oh no the lurgy got you :( Hope you feel better soon xx

My two always asked for branded stuff until I started giving them an allowance for clothes etc each month. Once they had to pay for things themselves they were suddenly not so bothered about brands. Funny that!

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

  • Thank you, think I'm over the worst of it  I hope so anyway!

Bleach and Dettol out in force today :rotfl: Although very slowly :o

I have received replies about how much the court costs are for my debts. So at least I know what the total figures are.

Smalls are all much better today and will be back at school tomorrow I think. They'll have been over 48 hours clear then so I think they'll be safe to not pass it on.

I have loads to catch up on now :o
