I know that some places don't allow partial payments so this might not work.
I have been sending £1 a day over hoping they see I am trying to make it come downI think by friday it will be £55, then I will send over £15 and carry on until I run out of money/I receive something from somewhere
Embarrassing isn't it

Surely since they know your circumstances have changed so drastically and they can see you're trying to make some sort of payment meantime they will give you a bit of leeway.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0

Not embarrassing at all! I was going to suggest something like that, they can see that you are sending everything you possibly can as soon as you get it. Agree with Toni'sfriend - hopefully they will give you some leeway as a result.0

Sorry hun, I didn't get a chance to reply earlier. No it isn't embarrassing at all. As others have said, you're showing that you're willing to pay and that they should take in to account.
Big hugs lovely lady, sending lots of positive vibes your way. xx0 -
Definitely not embarassing at all - keep on keeping on! At least it shows willing!
Also I think you should make the effort to continue with TV/Netflix - remember your TV licence payment will drop to £12.12 before long as you'll be up to date - so that saving off what you've budgeted there will cover the Netflix service won't it. You are without question entitled to have some entertainment budgeted for!
If I've read it right you're not far off having that fine paid off now too? So that will free up some more cash to get thrown at wherever.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I'm trying to think if ideas to help.
Would ex be willing to cover the shortfall this week? To keep a roof over the children's head.
Would you be able to ask your mum now he has moved out and you know you would be able to pay it back quicker now you have control of the finances?
Would you be able to get a crisis loan or anything like that (no idea how they work or if you would already need to be getting the benefit already to apply).
Would you be able to get to a food bank? I know your ok for food now but if you can make it stretch a bit further it'll free up a bit of money later on.
I know some of these I'd feel really bad doing so I understand if you can't. I'm just brainstorming. You have done fantastic so far.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

I will speak to him and see, I don't want to do anything that will 1. get me in trouble and 2. lead him on. But we'll see what happens.
I really don't think we will need the food bank, other than milk we could make last what we have a while, if it comes to it though and it was a choice I had to make of course I'd do it.
Something will make it work, I won't give up
Thank you for replying x0 -
Kids boxes made into boxes for teacher gifts (never again) there is glitter everywhere. I think I'll been glistening for weeks!
Smalls all fed and happy, playing for half hour before bath time

Thought I'd replied but obviously I AM losing my mindSorry
I really think we will need some sort of TV, not really over the summer but once the darker nights are in maybe. Plus I have realised just how lonely the 12 hours are why the kids are in bedat least in the day I can potter in the garden but at 3am I might look a tad too strange :rotfl: :rotfl:
The fine has less than 2 months left, I will be glad to see the end of that! An expensive lesson learnt of trusting no one0
