Morning everyone, hope all is well.
Katy Ann I saw a baby grows and vests in the sale yesterday in Tesco's, they had them in a basket selling as individuals so maybe your local Mr T will be doing the same? That grow so fast don't they? I had two growing at the same speed
This is my list today:
- Sold some more items on Ebay so have packaged them up ready for posting this morning
- I will list some more items later - think I've got the Ebay bug now
- Nip to Lidl and do weekly shop
- Pass by Tesco's to purchase items I couldn't get in Lidl
- Workout at home later for free
- Complete some surveys
- Keep dreaming about my June holiday. I told the hotel it was our 20th wedding anniversary and they've offered us a complimentary meal in their restaurant :T
Quick question for you Ebayers. What do you use to wrap up your parcels? Do you purchase the plastic envelope bags that you can get in the pound shop or something else? Looking at the most cost effective way.
Thank you, have a great day
Oh thank youIll have to take a trip to my local Mr T! He's nearly 6 months but already in 9-12 month clothes!

Afternoon all :hello: despite working from home today, I've not stopped, so a late post from me.
I have:
checked banking, updated sheet
Meals from stores - DH and I
Smalls had leftovers, will finish off for lunch tomorrow
put loads of washing away
stashed another charity bag for bathroom bin
checked on £co payout due tomorrow
DH bought a 'surprise' box of beers from work heavily discounted. But the lady who made them up told him what was in it :rotfl:
still to do:
exercise for free - likely to be a run outside and some yoga as I won't have time for gym
chase order that RM claim to have delivered but I was in and they didn't
Check FPL and surveys
Water seedlings if needed - some have germinatedhowever, smalls helpfully moved the tubs around so I don't know what is where - may be asking for some advise from you gardeners
Glad to see you back dnms glad you had a good time and great news on your daughter :T let's hope she finds it beneficial.0 -
Hi all
Today I have:
Hung my bedding washing outside to dry since early this morning (its still damp)
Cut in half a spluttering tresemme conditioner bottle and left it upside down in a measuring jug for all the leftover conditioner to drip out. Then poured conditioner into my current bottle.
Ordered an online shop to be delivered for my meal plans for the next fortnight. Came in under budget!
Started on the following fortnight's meal plan after scouring around in the freezer to see what was lurking.
Posted an ebay item which sold today and packaged up another which is finishing later tonight. I used recycled bubble wrap on both, a cat food box for one and a thick carrier bag for the other
It's my first week of properly meal planning (including weekend lunches) so I'm giving it everything I've got!She believed she could, so she did.0 -
The YS trip tonight was fruitful, I got some finest bramley Apple sausages for 25p which I did with frozen mash I got the other day for 11p! I also got some red grapes, some raspberries and a selection of sandwiches for us all tomorrow.
The back garden is covered in the contents of the guttering, unless the neighbours have been cleaning it with rods then it must be birds or squirrels. A robin was sat on the fence screeching at my cat who was out there so my money is on him/her, it stopped as soon as I took the cat in.
I have organised a man with a van to pick up my new sofa, I must photograph the old one before it arrives while I still have room! I paid £100 for the old one on flea bay so if I can sell it for that I will be £20 up even after I've paid for the new one and delivery :T
I accidentally on purpose borrowed the little basket on wheels from Mr T tonight to wheel my shopping/bag/cardigan home in, I will return it on my way past in the morningMake £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
Good morning everyone! What a beautiful day it is turning out to be. Hope the sun is shinning wherever you are.
Thank you FatVonD and Dawn for your Ebay packaging suggestions, they are fab and have given me lots of ideas.
I'm working from home all this week and when the weather is this good it makes me happy :j So here's today's list:
- Put on a couple of washes. One load already on and will dry on the line
- Monitor the bank balance as it's going to be a fine line I think this month
- Complete surveys and swags
- May try and get a workout in later at home
- All meals from home
- Need to pop to B&M to pick up a container that has those clip locks so DD can take pasta in and won't leak in her bag
- Run the hoover round
- Check up on my eBay items
Have a great day everyone!0 -

Wow DNMS ur holiday seemed to go by very quick, it just seems like yesterday since u posted about packing. Great news about ur DD, I used to work in mental health research years ago, the lack of funds for support in the community was just awful and that was when things were changing for more mental health services to develop in the community. Really pleased about ur DD.
Completed paperwork yesterday, more to do today
Cat cleaning all done
Dishwasher all sorted
Going to drop DD off to school in abit for a revision lesson.
When picking DD up we're popping round to my mum's to drop some bits off and then popping into town to drop cat food donation off to local animal sanctuary shop as a thank you for their help with missing kitty. Also have a few bits to drop off to them aswell.
Need to strip my bed and get a wash going while we have this nice weather.
May is abit of a birthday month-4 birthdays in all, presents all bought. The only problem is that when buying early in the sales, or special offers is trying to find the presents after. Hunted everywhere for one present I've got to send today-going to use saved RM survey stamps saved. Finally remembered I have a birthday box, where I eventually found a the present.
Housework is slipping abit, if I can get the downstairs vacuumed and kitchen floor mopped I will be happy. Life always feels better with a clean kitchen floor
I think that's about it from me

Hi, Please can I join you guys? I bought a bike on the weekend, which was a big spend. My train pass runs out on the 17th, so planning to be into cycling to work by then. Four months of no train passes and the bike would have been paid for, hope I can keep cycling up through the winter months!
