    Morning :j

    Wm is on
    Bathroom s&s
    Frog eaten
Ds2 decluttered shouting on to school bus

I need to continue trying on clothes on as I keep wearing the same 3 outfits.
2 pair of jeans fit, 2 pair of summer trousers still too small.

Dizzy Hope Tiny and Small get on well today.

I'm off to meet my niece and great niece (2.5yrs) at the Swedish shop.

I need to look up my list and see what I can tick off before I go.

    HHC anyone?

Three lots of washing blowing dry very quickly on the line, including a pillowcase I ironed only yesterday. It seems a tiny feline has been abseiling the maiden and somehow this dislodged pillowcase found its way back into the washing machine.
Bunny's hopping about on the garden.
Going out tonight for a pop-up curry...

Only cloud on the horizon is that I have to show up at the paid stuff later.

*Flops down exhausted on the sofa*.
I have cut the grass, front and back, and sprinkled a mix of lawn seed'n'feed and moss getter-rid that we bought at Bee and Screw-it yesterday; got £1 off by using Mr LW's Wrinkly Wednesday card.:money:
I was pleased to find one that was child and pet friendly - children aren't an issue here of course, but I have to ensure anything I put down is safe for the dogs.:o I then pulled some miscellaneous weeds/did some deadheading etc, in order to fill up the rest of the green wheely bin. Cream crackered now.

Mr LW has done bu88er all today; he [STRIKE]is at Death's door[/STRIKE] has got a cold and is feeling just a mite sorry for himself. Hot toddies on the menu for bedtime drinks tonight - "medicine" for him, and preventative measures for me. ;)

Afternoon all. Well done all that you've achieved esp LW.

I have done the dailies and all the washing is up to date and apart from 3 shirts the ironing is all done too as per the list. Also from the list I have booked myself a hair appointment and cleaned the undersides of the wall cupboards.

I have also stewed some rhubarb and cleaned the inside of the kitchen window, and all plants inside and out are watered.

    Think that's it for today.

About to go out with DH, have a great evening everyone.

After a very busy day yesterday which included getting my phone screen fixed, a mountain of jobs done in town, upstairs dusted and hoovered, bedding changed and bathroom cleaned.
I thought I'd make use of the sunshine while it lasts and have finished putting bark over the new border, weeded/dug out weeds and dead shrub that was in the middle of the lawn, evicted eleventy billion dandelions from the lawn and started filling in the divots/potholes. Generally trying to make it more of a lawn than a patch of grass that it was when we moved in.

Hugs, sticks and spoons to all that need them.

    Ionafan, you are a whirlwind!

HB - Brittany is where we are off to spend our summer hols. We love it!

I have been certainly doing my own thang this week. I read the lists, fully intend doing them.....then whoops, the day is gone!

Today, I think I have..WM x 1, QHI (can't even pretend it was HHI!), dusted our bedroom, vacced bedroom, landing and DD's bedroom before she took up residence again, did some paperwork while cooking tea, then went to vote. Still being really successful at ignoring the bathroom that needs cleaning.
Need to do a bit of surfing now as the iron seems to have sprung a leak. Must be worn out...;) Also got a price hike from my mobile phone provider, exactly as Martin predicted, so off to find a better deal :money: and tell them where to get off (once I find my big girl pants...might have to borrow the flylady ones next week).

    Have a lovely evening all.

Word of advice.. find the deal you want.. go onto the provider website and the live chat feature.. they will usually offer 10-15% discount on the monthly tariff if you hesitate about taking their deal.. and if your phone is still fine a SIM only contract is a LOT cheaper if you want a current handset.

When getting the PAC from an old provider to change .. just keep repeating 'no thank you I would just like the code' .. they will ask who you are moving to and what offer they have made and try to better it.. 'Oxygen' will never beat another provider on price, they are really expensive now. OH and I have the same bundle.. mine with 'Voddy phoney' is £5 a month cheaper than his oxygen one! While I have only ever head bad things about V, they have been fantastic, I've not had a bit of bother with them.

Today I have done nothing at all

    Decluttered OH of a splinter
    DW
    2 school runs
83 dinners (feels like it today!)

I need to get creative with 6 meals worth of potatoes.. they are so boring!

Thanks for thinking of me atb, sending you a squishy hug for your kindness. Had a lovely lovely BH weekend with my big brother then returned to work and oh my goodness am I paying for these bank holidays! Flat out, mountains to do.

I am trying to keep on top of the basics but even that is hard work. Ah well, its nearly weekend.

Thinking of Bossy and Dizzy with the anniversaries.

I am away to my bed.

Ps. Cobwebs. There is a rather lovely one between the wood burning stove and the edge of the fireplace. Its a design feature, I have decided.

I can hear my dog drinking out of the toilet. That will be because he upended the water bowl at 4.30 this morning when the [STRIKE]selfish scumbag bird murderer[/STRIKE] game keeper started shooting jackdaws.

Not only did he upend his water, he chewed the catch off the entrance door to the caravan, got outside, upended the galvanised dustbin full of chicken corn, ripped the handrail off the steps up into the caravan and tore off two claws, leaving a bloody trail on the carpets inside.

Have I mentioned before that he's scared of bangs?

And the lovely chap is STILL OUT THERE SHOOTING!!! !!!!!!?!?!?

I is a bit tired. And grumpy.

    Morning all

    Glad you're ok YL xx
Oh Dizzy have a huge hug from me. How can people be so inconsiderate? I hope the boys played nicely for you yesterday.

I am hideously Pre-menstrual today (sorry if TMI :o). Bloated tummy and achey. Working for three hours this morning, then on to see a potential new customer, then school run, then need to do DH VAT return. Suspect I will be doing the latter with cold glass of wine in hand to ease my grumpiness at doing such a thing on a Friday evening. Whilst trying to keep the children distracted long enough to let me actually do it!

It's very sunny today which is always a joy.

Big hugs all round xx ps I've emptied the DW and made packed lunches if that counts :o
