Spent again, starting to think I will never get anywhere near 16NSDs. My daughter was hungry after school (I had to take her back to work with me) so I got her a sandwich and a drink.
Bit of an atmosphere at work, glad it's Friday and will try to forget about it for a couple of days. No exercise today but will be doing parkrun tomorrow.
Having been doing lots of cashback and couponing lately, must add how much that comes to, might make feel more positive about things.
Today I'm grateful for the weekend and for having lovely children who lift my mood0 -
Morning all :coffee:
Apologies for my unscheduled disappearance last week, but just one word will explain it to many of you. Ofsted. Oh yes - a full 2 day inspection which has almost finished me off after the past couple of weeks running into the exams. I am very grateful for the feedback after my observations though
They have also finished off my money saving efforts and frugality and general health. I've felt rotten in terms of tired, and I've eaten so much quick and pre packed food that I don't feel great there either - I actually want a salad :rotfl:
Back to it today - but exams start next week, which means marking starts as well so I will be just as busy. However, I am grateful for my job, my family and my friends. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Oh no, we are thinking that we'll get a visit soon - at least it's out the way for a while again now.
I did my main shopping for the week today so main spendy day... Went to Ald1, £1 shop and L1dl. I am popping to Wa1tr0se later (yes really!! :rotfl:) as they have sent me half price vouchers including a free bottle of fabric conditioner :j
On the exercise side, I did the local park run today... When I got home OH had taken everything off the line and put it in the tumble drier - it was straight back on the line as soon as I realised.
Have some surveys to do tonight and then tomorrow will be an NSD as I plan to spend it gardening.
Today I'm grateful for the (mainly) good weather, my lovely friend who cheered me up and stayed with me on the parkrun when I was feeling low and that I've managed not to bicker with OH!!0 -

I was eager to get out of work today, as the sun was shining thru the window & I was excited for a run, or a bike ride, something to stretch my legs.
As soon as I left the office, it started raining.
NSDs - 08/20.
Go outside - I took pups out in some light drizzle, which turned into a monsoon about halfway around.
Daily gratitudes - The rain...I love it.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!
