It was a moving one but when I copied and pasted the URL it ened up static. Got any tips on how to get it to move? I'm still picking.

Well, that is because it is static. You will need to reduce the moving one to 80x80 pixels.
Just tried that for you and it went static.

I don't understand, the image you have chosen is 14.6 KB. It says that you can choose a custom avatar up to 32KB.
Even this one is only 32KBTry this

There are some limitations with moving Avatars, such as file type (.gif), file size (as above) and image size (as above).
I'd also suggest using the gifs as supplied, and not trying to resize them, if you want them to remain animated.
Personally, I think the method of entering a URL for the gif is more reliable than referencing it from the desktop, but that could just be my imagination.

Thanks Cornucopia, I copied and pasted the URL link in to my Avatar page. It was a moving image but as you can see at the moment it's static. http://www.animatedimages.org/data/media/1326/animated-locomotive-image-0007.gif
