It states I can only have one, but go back into again and it lets you buy it again0
-
I'm sure they won't allow you to keep the extra ones. It clearly states only one per customer allowed. This is similar to last week's may 1 fiasco where both levels of October powerpack discount were released to customers instead of just the one with the relevant discount applied. There were also errors in the small print of these powerpacks which were corrected after I pointed them out.0

I noticed its limited now. As it should have been upon release. Heat must be getting to someone on powershops Internet team lol0
-
I topped up with a couple of dozen packs before they changed the terms and conditions to impose a one pack limit. Will be annoyed if they retrospectively apply the new T&Cs.0
-
It clearly said you were limited to one per customer even though the limit was not actually set at powershops end. As it stated you could only buy one I think you will find powershop will remove your extra purchases as they are entitled to. If they don't then fair play you've profited from some overheated employee of powershop who caused the error.
I purposely didn't buy extra as I assumed they would be invalidated once the error was discovered0 -
I did read the original T&Cs as I was surprised when it didn't restrict me to one and I honestly couldn't see a limit at the time. Didn't take a screen shot so can't guarantee I didn't just miss it. It's definitely there now.
It took me a while to work out how many to get as I had to factor in other occasional special packs and the hope/liklihood that future pack discounts will return to winter high levels. I decided to get enough to last me through to early November (in combination with other unusd 20%+ packs I already hold).0 -
It was definately there Emily. This is Just the latest in a series of errors with powerpacks recently
Duel in the crown last month implied it was a recurring pack and it clearly wasn't
September and October powerpacks appeared in the shop with small print implying they could be used from review prior to August 1st. I pointed this out to them and they corrected it. Also two versions of October were inadvertently available for purchase initially with different levels of discount
Today's may day special also implies its recurring. It obviously won't be given its title
The purchase limit was stated as maximum of one per customer available but the limit wasn't set at powershops end
In this case I think powershop will return what you paid for the extra ones as small print was correct
If you get to keep them then fair play
Someone on powershops Internet team doesn't appear to he performing necessary checks before releasing packs to the public given the recurring problems0 -
I bought 12 earlier, if I try to buy one now it says it's going to refund 11 of them. Errm no thanks, I will stay as I am thanks!0
-
Did everyone get to keep their extra may day purchases.0

Mine haven't been removed to date. Every day that passes I get more confident they are here to stay...0
