Everything I read about powershop recently makes me glad I've left. Where have the massive discount powerpacks gone. In all the examples above only one of the packs is above 20% and then only marginally so

I enjoyed being a customer for nigh on 2 years but like all good things the savings came to an end

Good luck to powershop and all who sail on her
  • Over the last 12 months these are the actual rates after discounts that Powershop charged me
Electricity 12.84p per kw (day). & 7.46p per kw (night) standing charge 11.01 p per day
Gas 2.41p per kw standing charge 14.73 per day

Absolutely agree. Powerpack discounts nowadays seem pathetic compared to what they used to be.

Having said that, they do appear to have moved up the comparison tables recently.

They have indeed moved up the charts but are still 50 to 60 pounds dearer a year than symbio for me. Thats at top shopper rates too

With these two different levels of discount are we seeing the difference between a first and second year customer?

@neilsedaka - are you still in your first year?
  • nice to see neilsedaka your still getting good discounts into your 3rd year

Interesting - so why the big difference in discounts? Can you both post if you are electric only or dual fuel and what your respective annual consumptions are please?

I'm curious to understand why the difference in discount you both were offered exists.
  • I am electricity only. My second year ends 23 Oct 2019. Currently tariff Baseline 2018 Version 1. My next tariff will be Baseline Elec 2019 Version 3.
