Thank you all. And for today’s good news, I’m down close to a pound which mr wii has recorded as down one number. My sig has been updated to reflect. I am particularly chuffed as I thought the 4lbs lost last week when I was unwell, could have reversed. That said, my tummy still isn’t great.I can remember in 1988 starting unislim with a weight of 12st 3lbs. I’ve wasted 36 years on yo yo diets, overeating and just generally being unhappy with my weight. This is to the point where I struggle professionally convinced that people only see fat rather than competent. How depressing is that! And now, am I happy to no longer be at my worst 16 stone? No, I’m wishing that my tummy was smaller as that’s where the bulk of my weight is. That said, I’m doing nothing to build muscle tone that would make such a difference.
Seems like the story of my life! So, onto money matters and currently nothing to report bar needing to pay my credit card today. One item of the original six listed on eBay did not sell. I’m contemplating vinted on the grounds that it’s doing nothing anyway. However encouraged by 5 items leaving the house, dh has listed 5 more. Fingers crossed for those as they include the two bags.Today I need to send some emails and get on top of some client work. I also need to remind dh that he had previously agreed to take a day off to get on top of some of my work stuff.None of that will happen if I don’t step away from the iPad.

Jumping in to congratulate you on reaching the 20s! How chuffed you must be!🥳. And I was so pleased to read that your weight is going down and that your 'therapy friend' is still wagging her tail and full of beans!
My view on staying on the Debt Free board after you've cleared your debt - well I cleared mine a few years ago and am still here - as others have mentioned, it feels like 'home'. And the board is called 'Debt Free Diaries' - I'm debt free and I have a diary!!,😂

Has anyone else noticed that their sig is an old one? I wonder what happened there.
so, my update is that the sickness continues and my weight is now at 12 st 2 lbs which is lower than I ever thought achievable being fixated on my 1987 weight. I’m now wishing that I could pick where i lose it from as my belly is still my problem area. That said, I’m mindful that I need to review work clothes as I know that the skirts on some suits will be too loose and I l don’t want to repeat the day when a skirt fell down at a client site!I was switching handbags last night and came across a little card I’d been given when last at the hospital. This recommends coming off one medication for a few days if vomiting is experienced. So I’m trying that from today. Please tell me that I’m not the only one who misses half of what they are told at a medical appointment.
moneywise, premium bond win, rounding and cash equivalent of vouchers from my tv surveys were sent to the mortgage. Another item sold on eBay but that money hasn’t gone yet. We have 4 closing this evening but only two have bids but these come to over £40 which will help.
this bout of illness has caused me to look at my work. I’m way behind with stuff and completely overwhelmed. This is not sustainable long term. Another consideration is how much reliance I’m placing on dh’s pension arrangements. I need to make decisions and get my life in order.
right, I have at least one if not two horrible meetings so need to get moving.

The weight loss is a useful side effect though I hope for your sake you can get rid of the nausea. Perhaps changing the medication will do the trick.
I seem to remember weight would go from different parts of my body at different stages. I'm sure some loss was generalised but it was almost as though the calories had been filed away and were being taken out in batches. I'm afraid mine has come back especially round my stomach.
I would tell you to simplify your work but I'm in no position to talk. I hope you can find a way to be less overwhelmed, I'm sure it's at least partly to do with you being very able, so you feel you should be able to do 'all the things'. How many of them, though, are worth the cost to you?
Old signatures - you aren't the first person who's commented on this but I don't know what's going on.
I hope the meetings weren't too bad.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
