    The weight loss is a useful side effect though I hope for your sake you can get rid of the nausea. Perhaps changing the medication will do the trick.

    I seem to remember weight would go from different parts of my body at different stages. I'm sure some loss was generalised but it was almost as though the calories had been filed away and were being taken out in batches. I'm afraid mine has come back especially round my stomach.

    I would tell you to simplify your work but I'm in no position to talk. I hope you can find a way to be less overwhelmed, I'm sure it's at least partly to do with you being very able, so you feel you should be able to do 'all the things'. How many of them, though, are worth the cost to you?
