Well done on the weight loss, but I hope you feel better soon. So, it’s been a funny old week. A considerable part of Wednesday was spent at a hospital appointment which ultimately put my mind at ease about a bump I’d found. Apparently my boob has an irregular shape that’s regular for me and various scans etc have confirmed that there is nothing sinister. This was something I noticed a few weeks ago and all concerns were put to bed within three weeks. I couldn’t even talk about it in case I made it real. But, it’s over and I’m relieved. I’m also slightly less tired than I have been as I’d been worrying rather than sleeping. In other news, two of the four ebay listings went though the money has yet to be prised from dh and sent to the mortgage. This is more of a priority than ever as I can feel an income stream drying up imminently. It pays poorly but regularly but is more hassle than it’s worth. I’m also scared by the anticipated gas and electricity price increases especially as there is no price cap in NI. Yet another thing not available in NI.
the furry one fell down three stairs on Tuesday night landing on her paws. I think it jolted the joints and I was worried until she spied a cat in our garden and gave a 5 step chase. She looked so pleased with herself.
coming off the tablet appears to have worked as yesterday I was able to eat without adverse consequences. That was the first day so despite the advice being to come off for 2-3 days, I’m going to extend that as Wednesday’s appointment had my tummy all over the place. Fingers crossed that the blood sugars stay in range and any weight gain is light.
right, need to crack on as I’m so far behind that I need to deal with two day old voicemails.
today I am grateful for
a good health result
improved sleep

Oh inod - so glad to hear your lump was nothing to worry about!
Your furry one must have some feline traits as she landed on her paws!🤣. Good to read that she's still very much on the ball when it comes to cat garden duty though!😂Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
