Hello, says she creeping sheepishly out from the undergrowth. 

It’s been a while though I have continued to lurk.  Thank all of you for your good wishes and thoughts.  I’ve just felt that over the past year, the only things I could say were negatives and there was already enough carp going on without inflicting my stuff onto others.  I also sometimes find that articulating things makes them more real and I couldn’t take the risk.  

That said, I’m not sure that I’m not being a drama queen as I’m sure that there are lots of people dealing with a lot worse in a much better way.  

So, what’s changed to bring me back? I’ve decided that I can’t keep hiding away from things in the hope that a magic wand will be waved and they will all become better.  

I need to start sorting things out.  I became another year older a few weeks back and the day after managed to climb back into the obese category having escaped it for around 6 months.  It only took me 20 years to get out of it - what am I doing?

ive also noticed that I am increasingly looking at things to spend money on while decluttering has scaled way back. This is my danger zone. I get down when it feels like rooms are shrinking so to cheer myself up, I spend money adding to what’s in the rooms.  Even I can see that doesn’t make sense.  

However all my issues will be sorted by getting back on the dairying routine.  I think I need to revisit my verucca salt list and post it here.  I need to stop drifting.

and now for the most important update, furry face is approaching her 15th birthday and is still in residence.  She has slowed down quite considerably, but a combination of supplements, anti inflammatories and painkillers keeps her tail wagging.  

A completely disjointed post I know but I reckoned that I had to start somewhere.
