*Socially distanced wave* (or if you prefer, a bow or curtesy as advocated recently in social media).
Also a virtual care package of goodies of your choice which may include but is not limited to wine, cake, scented candles, a couple of light but entertaining books (and - for the less relaxed moments - a punch bag), to let you know you are thought of and don't go venturing out till you feel like it.

I don't know INOD in real life but I noticed she was on line recently and I heard from her a few weeks ago (since she stopped posting). I don't know any details of why she's chosen not to post but I think she will be back when she's ready.
