Hope today is a bit more positive and that the gardener does show up, even if he's late. (((hugs)))

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Sending you some virtual hugs... maybe you should look into taking whatever it is you give the dog? (Joking!) Seriously, I think the tears are a safety valve, you've been being strong for a long time.
I hope today goes okay and you get your gardener.

Thank you all for kind comments. This is typically me where if I have to get through stuff, I do. When things ease, I start processing and that’s what tips me over emotionally. Yesterday having set a phone reminder, I managed to order repeat prescriptions which is good. I also got a weekly return in on time plus we processed a new service user. Today will be last day of referrals until Monday. It may also be my last day until MondayStill no sign of the gardener but the builder has advised that the work needed will be more than anticipated- don’t you just love old houses. Last night, dh battled though to complete the final stage of the work task so that will go today.Sunday is dh’s birthday so today I am grocery shopping in the hope of picking up nice stuff for him along with the groceries.
yesterday I called at a local shop to cash in a paypoint refund and pick up some top up groceries e.g. mushrooms. I don’t know how but I managed to confuse myself with the one way system, missed out the aisle that I needed but, on the plus side, I got my 9.92 back without buying anything. I’ve tt Ed that to £10 and that’s for the gardening fund. I also cashed out from pa yesterday. Right want to get stuff cleared so need to get underway.
today I am grateful for
payouts

Hope the gardener turns up for you now that you’ve made the decision to go ahead with one.
The tears are a good thing. My mum used to say ‘ better out than in’ and she was so right. Bet you felt better afterwards.
