Delurking to say that (and please bear in mind I am no IT expert) but I believe that if you switch your router off for 10 mins and restart it acquires a new IP address. Worth trying to see if it resolves your problem.
Following your progress on BSD with interest. I too have diabetes and was thinking about trying it but I really think I would struggle with just 800 cals a day. I am currently cutting my carbs as much as possible. On day 3 and I would kill for a slice of toast lol.0 -
That's not good the IP address issue, hope its sorted soon. Just an inconvenience isn't it!

If not, You should be able to log in to your router and get it to release and renew which should result in it picking up a new IP address. Although it’s a long time since I’ve had to do anything like that so I may be wrong!0 -
I’m back. Thanks for all the posts. The lovely mse people sorted things. I was afraid to try anything myself in case I got my account suspended. Being the nosey person that I am, I have of course been catching up with diaries. Some people have gotten the year off to an amazing start. I have yet to start my eating plan as I need to get a sharps box which will hopefully be tomorrow. My mindset isn’t great but I’m trying not to see it as an 8 week thing but rather that every day i stick with it is one less day of damage.
It’s so weird. I’ve never met anyone from here but I had a big gap in my life when I couldn’t see what was going on. I will do an update post later. Today I am grateful for
