I know I have my moans and whines on here...I have so much to be thankful for. I am so fortunate in so many ways. For instance-It’s blowing a gale outside and I have a roof over my head and a warm bed to sleep in, while there are some people not so fortunate.
I think gratitude goes a long way.
    Feeling philosophical tonight.

Day off. Been up since 8ish. Having a massive sort out in lounge, sorting paperwork, decluttering. Busy busy :)

December is a hard month. Loads of extra expense.
However, in order to achieve my goals I’m still chipping away at the mortgage. So far this month I’ve made overpayments of £25.40 to my mortgage. I’m so happy with this. :j

Good morning. Has anyone heard of ZIPZERO? Neither had I until the other day.
What is it and how does it work?
Apparently, you sign up and scan your receipts. 1% (I think) of your receipt is registered and you can use it to discount your gas bill, electric bill, council tax etc-though not your mortgage and not payable into a personal bank account.
    It’s free and it’s a UK thing.
You have to scan your receipt within 7 days.
I did a quick search for it on the forum but couldn’t find anything, so it’s either not there or I wasn’t looking properly :)

Can’t seem to get warm tonight. Think I might have a quick snack and take a brew up to bed and have an early night. :)

I've never heard of Zip Zero. I don't get how it can discount bills without being paid into an account?
