The trouble I have with that is that the Cons are planning on spending more money on the NHS than Lab.
Lab is raising lots of money - but not to spend on the nHS0 -

Asbolute nonsense. Ask a nurse mate and see what the real story is.
I mean the Tories are giving us massive cuts to all public services - the police, the nhs, schools, intelligence agencys. They now cant serve the public. Only 40% of crime is investigated !!!!!!. When a robbery live on CCTV is refused a response what has this country come to? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-36340275/police-too-busy-to-attend-brierley-hill-burglary-businessman-says. God help you if you need an urgent operation on the NHS.
This is all so the mega wealthy can get a few tax cuts? Give me a break !!!!!!.
This woman May is too scared to debate Corbyn live on TV, htf are we supposed to trust her with Brexit? The slightest pressure and she U-Turns on things she said previously were never happening. Not to mention the sheer arrogance at calling this election when it was the last thing the country needed.0 -

The Tories are planning to spend £8 billion more on the NHS in the next 5 years - the LP £7.5 billion.

- no grammar schools
- no fox hunting
- We probably won't have to fund private health insurance when we retire in 5 years
- we probably won't leave the EU
- My eldest will get a free year at Uni this autumn - saving £12k
- my kids might get £100k worth of student loans written off
Struggling to come up with much else at the moment. But let me think on it. Also I'm sure there will still be plenty of chances to make money.
Any more pluses for me?
If you're feeling really angry that I see advantages in a LP win - what on earth does that say about you?0 -

Fact.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5657674I wanted to draw attention to this as the news seems to have let it slip....and it's pretty huge, or at least the effects of it are.
Theresa May was interviewed the other night on the BBC suggesting £10bn extra would be pumped into the NHS.
What she didn't do is state how this would be used.
She then went on to suggest she (tories) support the Naylor Report.
Now, the Naylor Report is basically a very detailed report available to us all which describes how to dismantle the NHS. The focus here though is on NHS property and land, which, the Naylor Reports getting rid of as soon as possible, even on a 2 for 1 basis.
The Naylor Report also suggests you would need £10bn. This £10bn funds selling off the buildings, basically at a loss (or at taxpayer cost). The buildings would then likely end up in the hands of private companies leasing them back to the NHS.
Theres a 10 min video about it here, which is starting to worry people. All I'd do is ask if you have used the NHS or care in any way for it, to spend 10 mins watching it and then make up your own minds.
For me, and this is my opinion only, this smacks of being just typical. Use taxpayer cash to sell off public assets at firesale prices and sell them to the private sector. All while at the same time pretending this is £10bn extra investment into the NHS. We are just plebs, ripe to make a mockery out of.
