    Table cleared and wiped.
Never got round to the floor as girls had swimming lessons, will try tomorrow.
Didn't put washing out but turned out nice, hopefully tomorrow.

Phew what a beginning and end of the day. Houndbeast has mostly been sleeping today as per usual after a wobbly incident. Now DD has come down with a bug and has been sick twice since bedtime, hence 2 wm loads already.

In the middle was good! Got downstairs hoovered inc. inside sofas and chair, front patio and path jetwashed, bathroom s&s'd, washing and washing up put away and finished painting log slices for an outdoor toy for DD. Hoping for a decent nights sleep and a healthier day tomorrow.

    Morning all,

Feeling much brighter than I was yesterday. Already getting stuck into the list whilst kiddies eat breakfast. I have 4 hours paid stuff today, so the children are with grandparents, maybe that's why I'm in such a good mood :rotfl:

I have unloaded the DW, and will set the WM going shortly. The sun is shining too, which is lovely as we were forecast cloud for today.

    Have great days all xx

Oh dear, lots of hugs seem to be needed all round. ((Hugs)) -please help yourself. Hopefully today is a brighter day.
Well done Valli on the amazing weight loss! :T
I also remember being driven to tears by DD when she was younger. I remember someone telling me that it always looked like everyone else apart from you could cope. Actually they were like ducks - look great above the water, but paddling like crazy beneath it to keep on the straight.
I didn't post yesterday as there was pretty much zero flying here. Just the WM running once. It was my last day at work before Easter, so as long as everyone does what they are planning and don't throw me curve balls, I am hoping to get some things off the lists over the next couple of days.
Today I am taxi for DD, as she is out for the day then needs picking up to get ready to disappear off to her friend's house for a sleepover. In between driving the length and breadth of the county, I will make a start on the kitchen. WM already run and I'm going to hang it out as it is blue skies all the way at the moment.
    Have lovely days everyone. X

Morning, just enjoying another lazy start to the day scarring toast and drinking tea.
Haven't even looked at the list yet but didn't get the kitchen first wished so that will be on the to do. Also need to go to the docs to pick up prescription and complain. Sat in yesterday evening for 3 hours waiting for the 'telephone' appointment which didn't happen. All very well but to discuss meds I need more of so now how long do I have to wait  . Will also be playing taxi to DD later, taking her over to DS although he'll be at work she's spending time with his GF which is great they get on so well.

Well done Valli on the weight loss, that's a fabulous amount
Natty I share your pain with men, I guess DH is still having trouble and being stubborn?
Atypical glad today is better for you, I can speak from experience when I say they do get easier. As some of the longer serving ladies on here will vouch for a few hair raising stories with my DD.
Hope the bugs disappear soon Duckydo
    Gilly1964 Sending hugs

Off to shower then wander off to docs, will find list later

Have a good day peeps xx

    Ooo-errr! Steady on! :rotfl:
Made me chuckle especially given the comment just before lol. Predictive text, I presume? :p

All quiet here since the kids are about 12 miles away :rotfl:

Just having a coffee, then I'll go dry my hair. Gate opened for window man and wondering whether my dad is coming or not, can't actually remember whether we agreed a day or not.

If not, I'm loading the car up with toys and they are off to Barnardos. Then I'll have a fling boogie as its bin day tomorrow and unusually for us it's half empty!

No laundry on, in case of pressure washing  but I might stick a wash on later if he doesn't show. Ah. Will need to move hutch away from conservatory wall.

Right, coffee slurped, off I go!
