    Yep, I just googled the same thing and I can see your emails and the reply from David Morgan and then Ian Davies ... its public already ... so basically no need to post it here now anyway :)

    Now why was it claimed it was a rogue employee when it was at two locations some distance apart.

    This one is also publicly available, made available by the DVLA on whatdotheyknow, and it names the car park as one in Sheffield. Not Warrington.

    No one made any threats it was after me reading the correspondance and the information contained in it saying that
    It made me a quite nervous especially with my case coming up soon didnt want UKCPS bringing this up in court and me getting into further deep water. The information "forbidden" seems to relate to IPC emails, dont want to have the IPC on my back as well.
    If it is 100% legal free will post the link again, I think everybody should be aware of these scammers.

    The odd thing is IamEmanresu knows that another FOI said it was about Warrington.

    IamEmanresu, is the other FOI able to be linked so we can compare, please?

    Unfortunately the direct link has been removed in case of possible legal issues, but is still freely available to view.

    You are posting a link to a publicly available page that can be found via Google, if you get sued I guess Google get sued too.

    However saying that if you are uncomfortable, remove your link and just refer to Coupon Mads post where the string she puts into Google gives you exactly the same page in the Google search results! :)
