UKCPS & Court Summons

  • Went into work last week and noticed UKCPS signage has now got a sticker over certain information, they seem to do what ever they want. Even if daily users were to look at their signage who would tell them that its been changed with stickers, just out to wreck peoples lives, the scumbags they are.
Also was taking some photos of the security office parking and was confronted by a female security guard, amazing how much she seemed to know about this case, (UKCPS ticket officers use their office). Will be putting this in my WS, she was very rude and arrogant towards me, left me feeling a bit harassed and intimidated.
Don't think UKCPS to be honest have come across an employee who was willing to fight them in court, most of my friends in Cineworld who have had tickets have either paid up or never responded to their PCN's, but I'm (as far as I know) the first to be taken to court.

Good for you - and shame on that clueless and patronising security guard woman.

She probably doesn't know who she is involved with & thinks UKCPS are 'colleagues'. People are clueless about this cowboy industry until they are bitten by it and then they look into it, uncovering what we know about the (alleged) greedy scumbags involved.

Wow, that's a humdinger - first time we have seen the reason for UKCPS being suspended.

Interesting, just reading the emails now.

  • Just been having a read, because the contents are confidential and it states "expressly forbidden from copying, storing, or further distributing" etc etc is it an offence for me to have listed the actual correspondance between the DVLA/UKCPS and IPC.
Dont want another court case for breach of confidentiality
  • Sorry the above link has been removed, if someone can tell me its completely legal for me to provide the link I will of course do so.

Sorry had to remove link don't want anymore hassle.

Who hassled you, tell us? Name and shame who sent you a private message? This is shocking, who contacted you and what did that person say, you might need to send their words to the DVLA as a complaint. Seriously. Are they threatening you?

Freedom of Information means = Freedom of Information...! This was on ''Whatdotheyknow'' so I would have thought that it can be shown to the public...surely the DVLA has covered the bits they don't want consumers to see.

And I just Googled 'www.whatdotheyknow.com UKCPS suspended' and your request has been made public by the DVLA. Therefore, the email ARE in the public domain. You have done nothing wrong.

Please name and shame the theatening poster who has contacted you, or did they email you, what did they say?

Your FOI is not the first FOI on the subject. AIUI yours is the second as concerned citizens from Warrington made the first one.

So I presume Warrington was the location of the issue too.

Now why was it claimed it was a rogue employee when it was at two locations some distance apart.
