This one keeps appearing on the edge of our current search area. Can afford to buy it but can't run to the restoration costs. Just can't help thinking the potential (even with the Gr II listing) is so huge ...

My word - that really is a dump!!! have driven past Austwick many times and thought it would be a lovely place to live. According to Property Tracker it was listed at £275k previously so maybe a low offer would be worthwhile...?0
