HI All,
I also fell into the transfer from OneSelect and this has been a nightmare. They don't answer emails, the call center is always engaged and there is no indication where you are in the queue. Their final invoice from OneSelect, provided 5 months after the transfer is a link and can't be printed or forwarded to anyone. There is no record of the opening balance transferred from Oneselect and their numbers don't reconcile. They are rude and don't have any customer service skills. I have requested a full audit trail of what they have done and requested a copy of all the voice recordings of our conversations. They have tried the "you cant have a copy" but as the data subject I have every right for an electronic copy of my data. I have stated in the last email that I'm making a data subject access request.
I have tried over the last 2 days to provide a meter reading, and event though I have a valid password, it is not recognised and the "create a new password" does not work. I think they may be going bust0 -
Just letting the clock run down on my formal complaint before I escalate it to the Energy Ombudsman. I estimate they owe me about £5 after leaving them in January. :whistle:0

I have just received my 31 March bill from Together Energy even though it is now May. This is my second year with them as, at the time of renewal in December, they were by far the cheapest for me. However I have learnt a lot since renewing.
1. You always pay a month in advance.
2. They will only refund any credit on your account when it exceeds 2 months direct debits. Given you pay a month in advance this can equate to 3 months of credit. This is in the detail of their T&Cs but is not highlighted to you when you join.
3. They are very slow at issuing bills and will ignore customer submitted readings at random.
4. They will randomly increase your direct debit without warning (has happened to me twice).
5. They do not respond to complaints at all quickly.
6. They seem to ignore requests for details from the Energy Ombudsman.
7. No reminder is sent out to ask for a meter reading, even though they said they would.
I finished my previous contract with them £290 in credit. Had to pay £130 a month upfront on the new contract. They would only refund £30 even though they now had £420 of my money.
The Energy Ombudsman has upheld all aspects of my case and the resolution should be a refund of any credit plus £60 and for me to leave the contract early without penalty.0 -
I, like many others, was transferred from OneSelect as decided by Ofgem in December 2018 and am very, very, very disappointed in their whole company and customer service attitude.
I have sent many emails, even via their portal, but no-one ever responds. I have also rang them too many times to count with no response. My contract with them ends in June and I have still not received a bill from them, which has been promised to me since March 2019. My refund too has not been refunded to me.
As my electricity and gas rates will go up in June I would like to leave and go elsewhere but am worried that I will have more problems if I move. I do not know what my rights would be, can someone help me please.
Customer Service is non existent and there is no communication at all. Would not recommend this company.0 -
How can you find how long you are tied into them please? I also got moved to them when 1select went bust, and have still not had a bill from them. I cancelled my DD 3 month ago as I worked out I was in credit by a fair amount and they would not reduce the DD amount. Just waiting until my credit is a few quid either way, then moving.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I estimate I have sent over a dozen emails to Together Energy firstly when I was forced to switch to TE after OneSelect went bust & TE tried to set up a direct debit without my consent. I switched three months ago & eventually got a final bill which they said they would take by DD. I emailed to ask how else I could pay as there was no DD set up but still haven't had a response. That was over six weeks ago. Together Energy are an utter shambles. It's just so damn rude to your customers to provide an email address then ignore any & all emails.
Ditto, More or less.
Except thar, in my case, there has never been an attempt to set up a DD. However, bith the final OneSelect final bill they supplied.and their final bill were incorrect. No response to date from my emails, or any info regarding how to pay given that there is no DD, and they ain't flippin getting one.
They are indeed an utter shambles.Worst energy company I've ever dealt with. No stars. Deploy your bargepole at s long distance.
