Today I am grateful for burpees, for epsom salts (following 150 of the aforementioned burpees), for our local playground, for dd and dh happily pottering around today, for the copious amount of apple blossom we have, for big sis having a peaceful day, for a good book, for it being Easter Sunday, for a peaceful day.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Evening all,
I'm home from holiday and was well within budget so I sold my leftover currency to my sister, who is off again in 6 weeks for another holiday.
Counting all those days as SFDs as there was no choice but to spend on daily food but I didn't buy anything but food, drink and travel. That means I'm up to 10 SFDs now
Tomorrow will be spendy as need to stock up and batch cook, although the budget is empty until my sister pays me for the currency. My credit card is heaving with all the vets billsI'm hoping they authorise the insurance payout asap but that'll only cover the emergency issue, all the other was necessary but not covered (doggy dentistry)
Hope you've all had a chocolate filled day. I need to get on the scales tomorrow and see the damage.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Congratulations again Skint Teacher
My restful day yesterday ended up being not-so-restful when an emergency freezer defrost became necessary as the door wouldn't shut. It took hours... But only minor hand injuries from it and a sparkly clean freezer.
Also found myself being mum's taxi for a portion of the day.
Today I plan to walk into town for a couple of essential shopping bits - I've made a list and everything - but it won't be a nsd. I chalked up another 2 over the weekend thoughNot giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control
