They didn't come at all last year - probably Ozzie too visible at nesting time. I really hope they use the box this year. I have filled the bird feeders and they are doing the kamikaze window thing again.

Back from the studio. It was quite quiet there today. I arrived home to find chocolate on the sofa throw so that has been washed and is now in the TD as it is raining.
NNs have started to move out. Hope they take their rubish with them. They have filled 3 wheelie bins, ignoring that 1 is for recyclables and 1 is for garden waste. General bin day was yesterday and they didn't put anything out.

House has been henried and airing cupboard sorted

Conservatory cupboard was overflowing with carrier bags so I'm folding those. I may take the surplus to a charity shop to see if they would be useful.

I have finally fixed the problem with DS2's Switch.

Ds2 has emptied the washing machine and I have taught him how to put on a quick wash. He is now on school holidays so I'm trying to keep him busy.

Ionafan hope second essay is going well. I wouldn't feel right having to chuck a tap or point shoe your way.

Trying to get as much stuff ready this weekend so there isn't a mad rush on Friday - did all the shopping I needed this morning and am now sorting and washing clothes and wondering how everything is going to fit in!!!

Ok, dinner is ready and then I'll tackle the bathroom for a bit.

Evening all,
Spent the morning doing crafty bits, got a new dress and 2 mandala stones finished and posted online, while DD mixed all the paints together to make 'chocolate'.
Afternoon was glorious here so carried on with weeding the front garden, can't wait to get it done so I can see new seeds in.

Back form work to find OH watching some sort of weird flim of telly, I really cannot work out who are goodies and who are the baddies!

I'll eat and go to bed seems simplier............

This afternoon I swept and mopped the dining room & washed the rug. Then went to town & bought some seed potatoes, sweetcorn seeds and other garden bits.
I then sorted the summerhouse a little - rehousing DH's tools and decorating stuff back to the other shed (where it belongs!!!), and cleared the table by the window. I have sown the sweetcorn & the potatoes are 'chitting', and they are now in the summerhouse Tomorrow I plan to sow tomatoes, paprika (peppers), caulis and broccoli. I need to visit the allotment and do some tidying/digging, etc - and pay the rent!

I may have an early night, as I am shattered and there is not much on TV! Goodnight all

I am just about to go to bed - but I have finished both essays and will submit them by daylight after I've had some zzz.

Morning all x

DGS woke about an hour or so ago, so we are up and I'm just going to get us dressed now. We are going to the carboot/market soon. It's turning out to be a family outing as everyone seems to want to tag along. Which means I will get dragged round the full place rather than going to the 2 stalls I need to go to! Never mind it's dry!

Off to get DS2 up for church then fling some clothes on.
