Evening all x
Paid stuff was an absolute bore today. Sticking hot dots on to a leaflet and then sticking 3 sachets of a brand named heat rub to said hot dots and bundling them into piles of 25. Anyway only 30 thousand to do:eek: so I've got work next week.:T
I've done 2 x WM and made the dinner since getting home, oh and got into my jammies!
Tomorrow I'm cleaning the oven, it's gross. I've told OH that he can move it too so I can clean underneath. Also want to do THAT cupboard on my room that I keep threatening to start.
*flings the other Potter slipper at Iona *
fayolle My kids refuse to go to the pictures with me since I cried when Harry Potter finished. Apparently I'm a red neckbut would I even be parenting if I couldn't embarrass them??:rotfl:

It's a bug on the web page. Someone has missed a bit of code or not linked to the right 'library' (not of books, more sort of an index of instructions).
Clear as mud???
thanks, I couldn't see how it was anything I had filled in wrongly. When I rang to sort the appointment I mentioned it to the member of staff and she said she would report it.
Flying? hum, put one load through DW.
Saw a student for feedback.
Wrote 80% of a report so hope to finish that tonight.
Went to Body Attack. Renewed gym membership.
Emailed physio as my shoulder/arm is playing up again.
Filled bird feeders.
No - can't scrape together anything else I've done.
Mr N and I did our garden walkabout yesterday and have made the most enormous list of things we need to do.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
Hi all
Have kept on top of things, house looks OK, except for the windows which are filthy.
DH has to go to a training event tomorrow in a hotel at the seaside. Quite tempted to go with him and just spend some time on my own. Walk on the beach, potter around the shops. But the training is 3.5 hrs and its not exactly a very classy place! Will decide in the morning.0 -
Sorry I've barely been in again this week
Thank you for the kind comments about my bracelets return, dad bought it me for my 50th and now his altzimers is so bad I know it will be the last gift that I'll get. It's funny the beads on it actually say mum & special mum so not sure what he was thinking when he bought it as he and mum had the worlds messiest divorce and according to him she's to blame for every wrong in the world. Dh says he's probably trying to say I'm a better mum in his opinion (not that I think there's anything wrong with either if my parents) or maybe even back then he was getting slightly confused and didn't even notice the beads but what ever I'm just happy it's back.
My excuse for not being about much is the 110 hours o/t I've done this month!!!!! Sorry I'm sort of keeping up just not posting
Hugs to all and I will try harderSPC~12 ot 124

Good afternoon
It's a lot quieter on here than it used to be, but at least I can keep up!
I have done the parkrun this morning (new PB! Go me!) I have only been running since January, having not run since school (and I didn't really run then!)
I am now showered & taken DS to work. Flying wise I have cleaned the upstairs toilet & basin, and the downstairs toilet and basin. Not much to show 1:45pm!!
I am going to have some lunch, and then hopefully sweep and mop the back room. I also want to plant some seeds for the lottie, otherwise spring will be gone before I know it!!
I will report back later0 -

I'm getting adept at dodging fluffy mules! You might need to improve your aim, Flyfriends!
I have had a productive morning, but I did get up immediately when I woke (without an alarm) at 4.15
- made myself a cuppa
- finished the first essay (1500 words), checked it through and formatted it ready for submission
- made DH a cuppa, prepared his breakfast and his grazing box because he hadn't done it last night
- dressed and took DH to catch the bus in the next town at 7.30
- got cash and bought milk and teabags on the way home
- had breakfast
- did WMx2 and TDx2 in between drinking :coffee: to help my brain function whilst writing and honing the first section of the second essay (271/1000 words). It's throwing it down here, but at least I'm not tempted to go out and do any work in the garden
- flagged at 12.00 so went downstairs, threw a sausage casserole in the SC for tea, and ate my lunch on the hoof whilst thinking about what to write in the next section (the hardest bit)
- now drinking another :coffee: and will get going again.
I have to drive 30 min each way to fetch DH at around 5.00 pm, so my aim is to get the essay finished by then, even if I have to check it through early tomorrow morning.
Will report back later...0 -
Hoping for a reasonable weekend with the lupus - I need to get the whole bungalow at least given a once over, because I know I shan't have the energy next week, with Bluebell here. She's gorgeous, but she's only 4 years old, and definitely has springs in her heels!
Anyways, bed has been stripped and bedlinen washed (Mr LW has just checked, and says it's dry - WOOTY WOOTY WOOT)
Next task is the Dys0n Tango; the filters are due a wash sometime this week, so will get them done out of the way.
1st of the month, so time to descale the coffee filter machine.
Mr LW can scrub the loo (he doesn't know this yet - :shhh: ) and we also need to give the rest of the bathroom including bath-lift a good clean.
Bluebell is due to arrive at 14:00 on Monday, so if I'm awol next week, don't worry, I've been Staffified. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Cannot believe it, I forgot to put my bins out and some lovely person has put the rest of the buildings bins out and left mine. They must have thought it was the guy next-door no one likes him but I get on great with him. Anyway OH will need to do a tip run.
Oven has been cleaned and cooker and freezer pulled out and cleaned totally grotty.
DGS is here so LR floor is full of toys and we are having a takeaway burger as gwanny cba cooking.
Today's theme seems to be me having a melt down, have had it out with OH about my birthday or the fact I don't want to do anything partly because we can't afford it just now. I'm fine with it he's not. So I've said under no circumstances has it to mentioned again.
Off to write takeaway listI'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged0 -
Oh dear ffp on both the bin and the birthday
I made a start on the conservatory, space rearranged, windowsill cleaned, can't really reach all the windows to clean them and no point doing the floor yet.
Hutch looking fine, phew, and the new cover and insulated wrap fit perfectly. They'll be snug as bugs. Once we are sorted in there I will make up a smaller indoor run for wet days that they can't 'play out'.
Nothing else happening today, since next week has started filling up already...Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0
