  • Will do my revised soa later, sort of dreading it as I know the cc was maxed, well maxed to what I believed the balance was when i went away, came home to find out they had doubled it.
Plus i ordered myself two winter coats from littlewoods last month, before anyone asks why two, so then i can rotate them sort of thing, and hopefully have them last years. Especially considering how hard i have always found it to find coats in the style i like that actually fit me. so bought both.
I know i will get told off by everyone, but I just want to get eh last of the furniture in, so since i have my new code (bnpl [sept 08] yes i know that's what got me into trouble in first place) I want to get the last three pieces of solid furniture and 2 book shelves cause i am sick of stuff just being dumped everywhere as i have no where to put things. Then it is all definitely completed.

  • Well I have given all but my budget cards to my mum today, and just realised I actually need one to pay littlewoods:o, guess i will be getting it back for that bill, which i wanted to do today, but after it took 5 hours for my adsl line to connect again, i sort of forgot. may be able to pay it at my mum's, save me bringing the card home.

What an evening last night. I have my total debt amount in my msn sig, last night I had two close friends both im me and tell me off because my sig changed from 4197.81 upto 5088.21, they were both waiting for it to go under the £4k mark.
I feel it shows how much my friends are behind me for getting out of debt. Apart from the embarring fessing up bit, it felt good to know they cared so much. Even if i did squirm under being told off.

Well half term is over and I am back at college, one hell of a wind when coming home, will have to see how this week pans out. If it gets too windy will have daughter going on bus atleast.

  • Penny, do you do the daily clicks with Quidco and Topcashback etc? :)
  • Penny. I just read a lot of your diary and I think you are setting yourself challenges that are bound to fail. £80 for the month for shopping!! I hope it's only for one month as with kids no way is that sustainable. Well not in this house anyway :o . What I have decided to do is split whats left from my money and lift it weekly. If at the end of the week I have money left then I will lift the next weeks money minus what I have left and pay the excess off my debt. I hope this makes sense . I still money save at every opportunity and do daily clicks and surveys etc. Good luck as it is hardgoing sometimes xx

It was the saving challenges that failed, when we went on hols back in August, I broke into the pots to give the kids some spending money. And Yes I can actually do the £80 a month when i set my mind to it, with getting help with college funding now, it will probs creep up to £120 a month.
