You may avoid it; OH and DD didn't get it from me.

Fingers crossed. I'm up early with eldest son - he's not "too" bad really. Its course is about what you'd expect with "normal" flu. Hope it is H1N1 as I'd like him to get it over with - this being his GSCE year...

  • I've updated Page 1 of my energy diary

Well things have pretty much flat this quarter. Electricity and Gas in line with average for the time of year, which I suppose on balance I feel quite happy about as we didn't go away for a long holiday this year.

Must have a rethink - see if there is anywhere we are wasting energy.....

I've spent a pile of money this month  However, I've just been through my spend for the month and there's nothing "naughty" involved - regular items - OHs birthday, school uniform, school books, food shopping, Hair cuts, etc etc.

So I'm hoping for a couple of easy months in October & November to bring my current account back on track:cool:

Has the culprit been identified yet and suitably punished?

I trust they'll be left outside a few hours then they will realise how warm it really is in the home once allowed back!

(I would love to leave ours off until November, but work is so warm the car can feel cold at 21°C on the way home, so the house then feels colder..... so much for modern business premises!)
