Highview PCN overturned on first appeal

I have received two of these fines in the space of 5 days. I've been looking at schedule 4 but I'm just wondering would this appeal template still apply to me.
I also never parked in their clients property I parked in the free car park on the side but the APNR camera only has been entering and exiting from there car park and not entering the free car park. I have been parking there for the last 3 months and this has just occurred!0 -
Well youve managed to do about three things wrong in one post!
1) Dont hijack other peoples threads. Its rude to them and confusing for everyone. The rules you agreed to when you signed up stated you would NOT do this
2) Stated who drove, when the advice in the newbies thread and, frankly, every thread on here says NOT to say who the driver was! and
3) called it a fine, when its just a sodding invoice.

Hi All, Sorry this seems to be a common issue but I'm short on time. I see there is a section for newbies and FAQ's templates but the links on my computer do not work is there an easier way to find this section on the site.
I have received a "Charge Notice" today for failure to make payment for parking. (We parked for 40 minutes in an out of town car park @ 8pm on the first May bank holiday and apparently its still chargeable hours) clearly didn't notice or spot this but surely this is causes no distress to the land owner??
One, do I have grounds to appeal this as the car I have is a lease, the issue date was the 14th and the fine is £85 reduced to £50 if paid by the 28th, I have only just received the letter via my leasing company today so that window has just closed, do I call Highview and argue that point but does that mean I'm admitting and accepting the charge? looking online it looks like they are not a popular company and the likelihood of me getting through seems slim to non.
Shall I appeal this as the letter clearly states they do not have the drivers details, will the leasing company have provided these (I assume not given data protection??)
Whilst I am one to honour such things usually where wrong doing on my behalf I am a littler perplexed at such a high fine for such a small oversight on my behalf, my car was the only car in the car park that night too!
I see several reference's to templates going around exercising the right to not giving my details is that an option?
Sorry for questions which have probably been asked a thousand times but I'm a little short on time and would like some help in pointing in the right direction.
Thanks

Read the NEWBIES thread (one click back, third thread down).
You will find the BLUE template appeal which you send unaltered.
There are two reasons for this:
It does not identify the driver
It shows the PPC you are getting forum help.
Highview usually cancel very quickly.
Do NOT telephone Highview.
If you need further help please start your own thread0 -
