Best. Thread. Ever.
It's the race for who can get the quickest ever first appeal cancellation ... (excluding non-office hours of course!)
But still 22 hours adrift of the fastest! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hilarious, high volumes of people telling them their PCns are worth diddly squat!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This may sound like an obvious question, but when i go to the appeals page (online) for a PCN from CP Plus, it gives you two options:
Tick here to confirm that you were the driver and that the PCN you have received contains the correct information
or
Tick here to confirm that you were not the driver or that the PCN you have received contains incorrect information
I'm presuming that the latter is the one to select?0 -
The latter. This is a thread about Highview, why ask questions about CP Plus? If you have any other questions you are best starting your own thread otherwise it will get very confusing.0

Apologies! I came here via a link from another thread. I got the wrong one! Sorry again.0

Were you successful with your appeal?0

Would the appeal template work when you get a ticket when driving a hire vehicle?
As I'm not officially the 'keeper' of the vehicle does the reasoning behind the appeal still hold water?0 -
Yes yo uare the keeper. You are also the hirer.
Not only does the normal POFA argument work, Hirers have an additional hurdle for HIghview to clear, which is that all documetnation about the hire agreement must be provided to the hirer. They never provide this.
However youve just signed up, so presumably agreed recently to the ONE CASE to ONE THREAD rule, and you agreed to not hijack others thread. So, go make your own thread, and stop posting here.0 -
Please could someone show me what part to copy and paste aha0
