No it doesn't! It shows 1.8k threads started and 8.2k replies posted! Guess what the two figures add up to?

They have it incorrect - I HAVE started over 10k threads - that took over 10years on the old site........

Are you expecting someone to respond to your post?

I don't think that's going to happen.

Maybe take a look at the original post and see if the instructions in the extract below work:

Feel free to post the issue on the Site Feedback board then click the report button on your post to let us know. Your query will then go into our Zendesk queue and be picked up quickly. Many forum users already do this to let us know about an issue. Make sure you explain why you're reporting your own post

You can also PM me with the links to threads too.

If you've done the above we will be aware. If you still don't think we are, though, you can private message me.

I doubt your voice will be heard here.

This thread was started a while ago so I'm not sure if the advice is still relevant.

But I am pretty sure that you won't get a response from MSE here.

...no mention of 10k threads started. Do you know the difference between a thread and a post?

After goodness knows how many years I have been a member, I just had to rejoin MSE because I wasn't able to log in. My email address or my user was not recognised and I just can't understand why this should happen.

Hugely disappointed that MSE forums have lost my previous login details and more so that they can't even be bothered to acknowledge receipt of all the mails I posted to them since before Covid-19. Ten years membership down the drain -

Sorry that you have been unable to log in using your previous account (so long as you have access to your registered email address you should be able to reset your password). 
The Forum team have responded to all queries sent to us, if you haven't received the reply please check your spam folder and contact your ISP or mail provider to make sure they are not blocking our mails (this does happen with a few ISPs unfortunately and is outside our control).

Since I'm computer literate I can say that the spam folder isn't holding all your replies. I deliberately gave my original sign up details but did you check? I doubt it. You have NEVER responded to my requests to reset my password and online it says not found.
Your reply uses all excuses under the Sun but apology. Check my limited posts (Ricequeen4u) if you think I'm deceiving you.

The generic links to contact the forum team with issues seem to have disappeared.
So how are we supposed to send you queries now?
 
Contacting the forum  team isn't necessarily just about reporting posts, sometimes it's a general query.
