:T candy, a loss is a loss!
Sure is maman thanksif I had gained that half lb I know I'd have been upset about it, even if I STS I am happy not to have gained
I love asparagus with my boiled egg, particularly as I don't then use my HEB to dip and can use it for lunch! Candyapple I wouldn't buy asparagus without being able to feel it as unless it is really fresh you lose a lot of it when you snap off the woody bit at the bottom! I've tried saving those woody bits to make soup but although it makes a really tasty soup it needs straining after blending to get rid of all the stringy bits so I don't bother now and just throw them away.
Thanks for that tip denise - asparagus will be bought next time I'm in a supermarket. That's the only thing I hate about online food shopping, not being able to choose my own fruit & veg.
Saying that though I did quite well with Tesco today, substituted item was 1 packet of bacon which for some reason they decided to give me 2 packets of bacon :T It came in 2 separate packets as well not even in a double pack which was hugely confusing but hey free bacon :money:
Had slightly more syns today than I had planned on thanks to a packet of pom bears calling my name but have ended on 14. Now off to brush my teeth so I am not tempted to eat anything else0 -
In a word "yes" but better to have interim targets, perhaps 1/2 stone or 1 stone at a time. Your consultant will probably have told you what your Club 10 target is which is usually your 1st interim target.

Decided to have my burger & salad in a pitta bread (HEB+1) so that was my 2nd HEB; no Ryvita this evening but decided to have some strawberries, quark & a mini meringue (1).
Have also had a couple of glasses of wine so over 15 syns today but only a few.
Have decided to track just syns this week rather than a full food diary online as I usually do. It's only really the syns I need to keep track of so that I keep within my syns for the week!

1 1/2 loss this week
Not too bad but really need to get back on it 100% now I wanted 14 lb this challenge and managed 6lb better than a gain but a bit annoyed at myself as 'could have done better'
Made rice pudding last night had tried it with almond milk and hated it so used skimmed milk this time but as 1 litre makes 4 generous portions I had 2 portions and uised 350 ml is an HEa so synning 150ml is not bad for how much I like it also added 1 tblsp sweetner at 1/2 syn. Very filling and I added frozen berries to my bowl which after a few mins defrosted and cooled the rice pudding enough to make it easier to eat without burning my tongue :-)Thanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

Morning,
Friday hooray! !
Hope you all have a lovely long weekend whatever your plans.
I am planning on doing very little - funds are low after my holidays. Need to get the savings pot sorted built up again.
So hitting the gym, getting out walking, house cleaning and relaxing are my plans!
Also sorting out the cupboards & freezer and getting some meal planning done.
Cod with sweet potato and bns ratatouille for dinner tonight.0
