    Hi all,
Weigh in day for me today. I'm not feeling positive as I've not really stuck to plan. My main meals are on plan, but I keep adding in little extra snacks. :o
I really need to do some exersise as well. :(

    I'll post later with news....

Hope you get a loss too ruthy. I'd suggest that when you do your plan for the week you buy in some snacks specially. I like cold meats (chicken is good) or beetroot or cornichons or cold potatoes or an apple chopped into cottage cheese. Those are lazy options but you could make yourself frittata or pasta salad, it'll keep in the fridge for several days.

The cauliflower steaks were a success last night so I'll definitely make them again. I just seasoned them with paprika, salt and pepper but I might be more adventurous next time and try 5 spice or something stronger.

DH is talking about going out to eat before we go to the theatre tonight. He means well but I'm hoping we eat here first. So I have a plan and hope to stick to it.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, beetroot and gherkins
D: SW spaghetti Bolognese (packed with Speed)
Syns: small amount of Parmesan (may be offset by HEA if I don't have too much tea:)).

I love asparagus with my boiled egg, particularly as I don't then use my HEB to dip and can use it for lunch! Candyapple I wouldn't buy asparagus without being able to feel it as unless it is really fresh you lose a lot of it when you snap off the woody bit at the bottom! I've tried saving those woody bits to make soup but although it makes a really tasty soup it needs straining after blending to get rid of all the stringy bits so I don't bother now and just throw them away.

LL as it was WI day today it was kind of irrelevant really whether I called the white bread HEB + 4 or not, LOL! But like you I was tempted to. Think my average loss is probably less than yours!

Was really surprised and pleased to see the scales finally move today!!! I've lost a lb and am now back in target range:j:j:j. Won't have to pay next week now (and hopefully not again for a very long time).

    Having a Red day today:

    B - grapes
L - ham & 2 mini cravings (1 syn) salad - spinach, cucumber, tomato, spring onions, beetroot, pickled onions, HM syn free onion chutney
D - low fat butchers burger (0.5); jacket potato cut into chips (have checked with consultant that this isn't a tweak and she said it's fine as long as the skin is eaten!), onions, lettuce tomato
S - milky coffee using almond milk (left over from Green day a couple of days ago but using as HEA2)

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - almond milk
HEB1 - jacket potato cut into chips
HEB2 - not sure but may have some Ryvita with quark and or mini cravings

Syns - 2 mini cravings 1; burger 0.5; extra mini cravings 1 (if I have); may have some wine as well but not sure yet.

Well done denise. I'm so pleased for you. It's a great feeling.

Next step (for both of us) is to get to target weight and then bottom of the range. That's my favourite place to be!!:D

Definitely aiming to get back to target weight or a lb below but feel that bottom end is actually a bit too low for me now that I'm mid 60s rather than the late 50s when I started:).

Here's to a good week for everyone:beer: (will obviously be wine rather than beer for me, LOL!)

Well done, candyapple, beanie and Denise (brilliant bonus).

We had our last Gousto meal tonight. I was very surprised that the (very tasty) helpings were generous; I had been concerned that they’d be a bit mean. DH enjoyed them too. I think the directions were pretty idiot proof too! I will definitely make the recipes again. I may even splash out the full price for another delivery next month.

Oh meant to ask, consultant has said nothing about setting a target, but in my mind i want too lose 3 stone, even though that is above what a "normal" prson will weigh, am i allowed to do that then alter if i want?

In a word "yes" but better to have interim targets, perhaps 1/2 stone or 1 stone at a time. Your consultant will probably have told you what your Club 10 target is which is usually your 1st interim target.
