Really annoyed, gained 0.5lb at group this morning. So I'm now 1.5lb away from my target.
Went for a mega long walk today - in total including walking to and from group, I have walked over 8.5 miles.
2 people in my group got their target this week, which they've been trying to get for a while, so that was good.
Have a fantastic weekend everyone! xStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £41,706.180 -

Thanks Tete and Maisie, just back from my adventures. Happy to say, unlike many others, I avoided ‘Delhi Belly’ (although that might have been beneficial to my weight loss, lol). Scales tomorrow should be interesting!
Lois, you are sooo organised; I’m still scrabbling around with my suitcase, although I have done 2 washloads.
Good work, chocolateteddy, ruthy, pixtotts, piglet, esmy (love that choc bunny eating emoticon), beanie (that video makes me really angry about how people are treated), TIE and bubbs (wow, fab).
Absolutely delighted to read that your cancer free, kathrynha. Good luck with your new approach. You will become a very creative cook.
Congratulations on your wedding anniversary, wiz.
That’s me up to page 50, laptop running out of juice so I’ll be back later. I think Ill continue catching up in instalments!Sewing 46/COLOR]Woollies 6Card s 17Reading 11/400 -

Happy Easter to everyone! If you're eating chocolate, enjoy it. No chocolate here as it has to be the ultimate challenge to my will power.0

Wi was .5lb loss, not eggstatic with that as had a really good week
Am wondering if the inflammation in my back is having an effect on weight loss?
Looking like I won't be back at work this week either am in constant pain after re hurting my back Thursday  now feels like something is trapped so doesn't matter if I'm sitting, standing, walking or laying down (which is by far the worse so not sleeping well) the pain is there .
To cap it all today I've either developed a cold or hay fever has kicked in. Now taking antihistamine to see.
Not even fancying the chocolate egg
Oh well hope everyone else is having a good Easter Sunday :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
