Really annoyed, gained 0.5lb at group this morning. So I'm now 1.5lb away from my target.

Went for a mega long walk today - in total including walking to and from group, I have walked over 8.5 miles.

2 people in my group got their target this week, which they've been trying to get for a while, so that was good.

Have a fantastic weekend everyone! x

Thanks Tete and Maisie, just back from my adventures. Happy to say, unlike many others, I avoided ‘Delhi Belly’ (although that might have been beneficial to my weight loss, lol). Scales tomorrow should be interesting!

Lois, you are sooo organised; I’m still scrabbling around with my suitcase, although I have done 2 washloads.

Good work, chocolateteddy, ruthy, pixtotts, piglet, esmy (love that choc bunny eating emoticon), beanie (that video makes me really angry about how people are treated), TIE and bubbs (wow, fab).

Absolutely delighted to read that your cancer free, kathrynha. Good luck with your new approach. You will become a very creative cook.

Congratulations on your wedding anniversary, wiz.

That’s me up to page 50, laptop running out of juice so I’ll be back later. I think Ill continue catching up in instalments!

Happy Easter everyone. No easter eggs here:A

Today's plan had to change as DH knocked a dozen eggs off the side and all but one broke:mad: so no fry up this morning:(.

    B - toasted bacon & mushroom sandwich
    L - ham salad
D - roast pork, roast potatoes, roasted veg, cabbage & cauliflower. Apple sauce.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - butter 2; brown sauce 1; apple sauce 1

Bit of damage limitation for rest of the week as overdid the wine again as at friend's last night!

Happy Easter to everyone! If you're eating chocolate, enjoy it. No chocolate here as it has to be the ultimate challenge to my will power.

    :easter:

Wi was .5lb loss, not eggstatic with that as had a really good week :(
Am wondering if the inflammation in my back is having an effect on weight loss?
Looking like I won't be back at work this week either :( am in constant pain after re hurting my back Thursday  now feels like something is trapped so doesn't matter if I'm sitting, standing, walking or laying down (which is by far the worse so not sleeping well) the pain is there :(.
To cap it all today I've either developed a cold or hay fever has kicked in. Now taking antihistamine to see.
Not even fancying the chocolate egg :o

Oh well hope everyone else is having a good Easter Sunday :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
